We are a family of four taking a gap year abroad starting in mid-August. Our well-furnished, updated suburban home would be perfect for a family with children, as we have plentiful toys and children's equipment. (Although it would still be a great fit for a couple, or family with older children as well.) 2nd and 3rd bedrooms can be reconfigured if needed. Master bedroom has King bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. 4th bedroom (non-conforming) has a Queen bed and is located in the finished basement. Renters responsible for snow shoveling, hot tub maintenance, and mowing grass in seasonal months as needed. Great fit for anyone relocating to the area before buying, any locals looking for a furnished home while renovating, etc!

Renovated kitchen and bathrooms, ample storage, fenced in backyard, fresh exterior paint, hardwood floors, children's toys and equipment. Walking distance to Northridge Rec Center which includes pickleball, basketball, tennis courts, yoga studio, sauna, exercise equipment, indoor & outdoor pools. Local dining options within one mile include Postino, Lazy Dog, Los Dos Potrillos, Torchy's Tacos, Shake Shack, among others. Walking distance to local elementary school, with numerous preschools, middle and high schools in the area. Outdoor trails abound.

Recently there have been car break-ins and package theft but those crimes have mostly been committed by people who live in other towns coming in. There is a scenic spot right up the road. There are plenty of shops and stores but it doesn’t feel overcrowded. People aren’t always the friendliest, but there are A LOT of families who live here. It’s a decent place to grow up. It’s clean and really pretty. "
