Hi there!

I am a scientist, university professor, wellness professional, and tech entrepreneur who travels quite a bit and spends most of the time away from the house. In fact, starting Dec 2025 I'll be away all but a couple of days of every month.
I have 1 or 2 (bills-optional) furnished room(s) with an adjacent bathroom open for rent. We can chat about trading property maintenance/special-projects for rent, if interested.

You'll love the property and the area (equidistant to San Marcos and DT Austin). Freshly renovated to include a backyard porch and all new appliances. Washer/dryer included. There is a community pool you can access, a children recreation area, and quiet trails for walking/biking.

If interested, please tell me a bit about your interests and lease expectations. I care more for a stable, harmonious, and safe living situation than for the cash, so all aspects of the lease are open for negotiation.
