This is a newly remodeled mobile home conveniently located off of Highway 59. It has a metal roof, a new kitchen including a stove, microwave, refrigerator plus a washer and dryer. The flooring is vinyl and it includes a newly installed shower, commode and vanity. It has recently been painted throughout both on the inside and outside.

ALL Utilities are included and paid for by the landlord so there are no deposits for water, sewer or electricity. It has a central air system with three separate air unit heads backed by a new mini-split compressor.

This unit is situated on a half acre lot which is maintained and cut by the landlord. Because of the size of the unit, the landlord is looking for one caring individual who will take care of this home. It can be rented short term, less than a month for a higher nightly rate or on a monthly basis.

This home is being rented similar to a hotel room except the rate is lower for the additional time being used. All the utilities are paid for like a hotel room. It does not require a lease agreement.
