"Every one seems to have a dog in our neighborhood. Good place for pups. Parks, areas with trails dogs can run on, you just. Need to be respectful. If you come across someone with a leashed dog leash your dog. "

"Just pick up their poop! I don't mind dogs at all. I wish I had a yard and I would get one but people who don pick up after their dogs is just plain rude."

"Always watch your kids on any place you live or visit. This is. Or specific to Groton but to all places. Child need to be supervised at all time. Make sure if they write any bikes it’s always on a sidewalk cars are driving fast around here. "

"5 and 10 minutes to food, shopping, walk-in clinic, doctors, dentists, optometrists, and highway access. In the opposite direction 10 minutes to food and shopping in adjacent Gales Ferry. 15 minutes to the casino, highway and shopping/food/medical in Montville."

"my neighbors are generally very friendly, trusting, and helpful. people are always out walking their dogs riding their bikes or just going for a walk. there are multiple parks throughout the neighborhood and this is a safe place to live and raise children. "
