Ultimate privacy in this rural but convenient, unique property. You'll feel like you're on vacation in this rustic, secluded log cabin feel home. Surrounded by woods, you'll be living among the trees. (watch video to see just how long the driveway is). Recently renovated with tons of space and lots of storage.

4 bedrooms, 2 bath cabin style home with private, wooded setting and views surrounding this property. Hardwood flooring throughout with most interior walls being made from log or wood paneling giving it a rustic, cabin feel. Everything is on the main level, except there is a 4th bedroom on the upstairs level. The 4th bedroom (upstairs) is extra long, having room for it's own den area.

This home is total electric, with central heat and air, and is serviced by WELL WATER ONLY.
The Lease requires that tenant is responsible for filtering any and all water used for cooking or consumption.
There are two NON-FUNCTIONING Fireplaces, that are cosmetic only. Tenant could use candles or electric logs only.

The kitchen is open and on either side, there is both an eating area and a separate dining room overlooking the deck and backyard areas. Only a dishwasher and above the range microwave are provided for tenant's use.
TENANT MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN REFRIGERATOR AND STOVE.
There is a large, separate laundry room with washer/dryer connections only, with great counterspace. cabinets and some shelving in a large closet! A large, enclosed garage makes the 3rd bedroom, or it could be a den or bonus room. There is a large rear deck, great for entertaining or relaxing and with lovely, wooded views. There is a patio on the lower level that is suitable for grilling, a picnic table, etc. There is covered area adjacent to the patio area, that could be used for keeping a lawn mower, bicycles, etc.

The home is on a full unfinished basement that is NOT included and is for the owner's use only.

There is to be absolutely NO: hunting, fishing, atv's, motorcycles, go carts, etc.
NO: campers, rv's, boats, trailers, utility or construction type equipment, trucks (other than pickup trucks).

The home and yard areas immediately surrounding the home are the only property included with the rent. Tenants can enjoy the lovely wooded views, but the wooded areas around the property are buffers and visual enhancements only (off limits, no access is allowed). The property is to be used and maintained as if it was in a subdivision with immediate neighbors and a strict HOA.

Utilities and Yardcare are the tenant's responsibility.
There is no water provider as the property is serviced by WELL WATER only (Tenant responsible for filtering).
Garbage Service provider is tenants choice and must be weekly (we can provide a few vendors to check with)
Yardcare: Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard immediately around the house (approx. 1 acre) and driveway (there are a lot of leaves in the fall).
ARI bills tenant $10.50 per month for tenant liability insurance. ** This is NOT Renters Insurance / see below. **

Legal Liability Insurance Required We will accept coverage you obtain on your own OR it is available for $10.50 per month, added to your rent through our source. This is for $100,000 coverage amount with no deductible (see below for more information).
