"It’s a good neighborhood schools could probably be improved. There are probably opportunities for more family, friendly restaurants, and the trash and dog poop can be a bit overwhelming at times."

"Lots of trees and parks and space. Some owners don't pick up after their dogs. Some owners walk their dogs off the leash. "

"People walk their dogs often, but owners don't often pick up after their dogs. Most people will leave you alone. There are a lot of trees in the neighborhood, as well as a few parks, but they require leashes. "

"The neighborhood is in a great area in-between the J and the A/C so if you have to commute into Manhattan it's is pretty easy. With the exspansion of the citi bikes most corners you can easily grab a bike for short rides if you don't feel like riding the bus."
