Fortunato is honored to present this 3 bedroom house for rent. This house is located in un-incorporated Summit County, just through the town of Blue River. It's a quick 10 minute drive into downtown Breckenridge. You'll have the quiet you crave, but still be close to town.

The cabin is situated over three levels. You enter on the lowest level either through the front door or the one car garage. There is a full bathroom and a small living room downstairs. Perfect for an office or TV room. The main level of the house has the kitchen, living room, laundry, a full bathroom and one bedroom. There is a large deck off of the living room, as well! The top floor of the house has two bedrooms and a half bathroom.

Rent is $3750 and includes seasonal snow plowing contract, property taxes, water, and sewer. All other utilities are tenants responsibility.

There is a wonderful Town park and also a great day-care facility. The free Town bus stop is in the neighborhood so you can take the bus to town or it's close enough to walk! The bus also stops at the ski gondola. This neighborhood offers energy and vibrancy in a resort town where most of the homes are second homes. Community events like trick-or-treat on Halloween, a visit from Santa, and a Summer Solstice celebration are annual events. Neighbors often get together for bbq's, "women's night", movie night on the "green", or camp outs. Organized races start or end at the many nearby trails.
