The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator. There is an attached two car garage. There is both an upper and lower deck. The deck is a wonderful place to enjoy sunsets overlooking the valley to the south and Willard Bay to the west. To the north, the bay windows in the living room give a magnificent view of Ben Lomond.

Renters pay all utilities, besides free Xfinity internet included in rent. Pets allowed at owner's discretion for additional fee.

We provide twice a year professional gutter cleaning and start up/shut off services for the sprinkler system, as well as respond promptly to any issues that may arise with the property.

    "My commute is very long. If you work in SLC, expect to spend at least an hour in the car each way. My daily drive is over 80 miles each way. My wife’s is over 50 each way. I-15 is always under construction and filled with drivers who are either late for something or just forgot they were even driving. It gets old. But if you work in the Ogden area or even out near Promontory, it’s not as bad. "
