Short drive to downtown Mt Dora, Wekiva expressway and the 429. Home was recently updated and includes tile and laminate floors throughout, no carpet. Lots of natural light and plenty of storage space. Washer and dryer included. Septic, water and lawn maintenance included in rent.

Tenant responsible for electric, gas and their choice of wifi/cable provider. Dryer, stove and hot water tank run on natural gas. Property is on well and septic so no water bill. Lawn maintenance included in rent. Tenant responsible for replacement light bulbs and changing air filter monthly. Any appliance repairs are at Tenants expense up to the first $250. Tenant is responsible for coordinating repairman and providing Landlord with additional repair details/receipt if necessary. Landlord will have AC serviced twice per year. NO SMOKING inside home. This includes marijuana even if you have a medical card. You may smoke outside only and not in draft of the door. Parking for up to 3 cars only. We are on septic, no garbage disposal and nothing down the pipes but septic safe toilet paper. Landlord will not be reposnible for backed up toilets. Pet is subject to Landlords discretion. Breed and weight required.
