Use of the whole house is included including the garage for some shared storage and the private fenced in yard. The house has been updated with new windows and doors, new AC units to all rooms and spaces, New kitchen appliances, new outside shower. There is 2 Refrigerators in the Kitchen to assist in the sharing of spaces. 2 rooms per Refrigerator. There is amply shared spaces in the house. The House has 2 current tenants with 1 dog. Looking for clean and respectful house mates to enjoy this special home.

Brother and Sister room mates. Both in College along with 1 perfect dog. Yellow lab. Looking for roommates to enjoy the college experience with. Not a party house. Surfer and Outrigger Canoe are the hobbies of this group along with as much beach time as allowed with busy schedule.
