Use of the whole house is included including the garage for some shared storage and the private fenced in yard. There is 2 Refrigerators in the Kitchen to assist in the sharing of spaces. 2 rooms per Refrigerator. There is amply shared spaces in the house. The House has 2 current tenants with 1 dog. Looking for clean and respectful house mates to enjoy this special home.

Brother and Sister room mates. Both in College along with 1 perfect dog. Yellow lab. Looking for roommates to enjoy the college experience with. Not a party house. Surfer and Outrigger Canoe are the hobbies of this group along with as much beach time as allowed with busy schedule.
