The house is located on an offshoot of Eastern Ave, which makes for a quiet, walkable, and low-traffic street out front. Street parking is readily available with no permits or limitations.

Owners live on-site, upstairs in the main house, so we're easily available for any urgent issues. We've been renters for many years and strive to be the kind of landlords we would want to have.

Water and Electric are separately metered and the responsibility of the tenant. Trash/recycling/compost are included in rent.

*All applications require credit and criminal background check.

1 year lease. Tenant is responsible for utilities including water, electric and internet. 1 month's rent security deposit required.
One-time pet fee $200. No additional pet rent.
2 pet maximum. 50 lb weight limit.

No smoking.

$40 application fee per tenant covers cost of required credit and criminal background checks.
