Both of our kids have attended grades 6-8 and I don't know of a better academic team (from the principal down) for middle schoolers. The teachers make learning fun, and invest in the kids' experiences. The administration actively works to keep the school and community connected. It was the launch pad for my oldest's journey to one of SC's Governor's Schools. They hold Parent University sessions/parent nights that educate the parents on topics from mental, academic and emotional/social points of view.
