Rent includes weekly trash service, yard care, and snow removal at 2 inches or more. Tenant responsible for putting the electric and water utilities in their name and paying all utility bills on time.
High Speed Internet service with Wi-Fi router installed. Additional Internet service fee of $65 monthly to be paid by tenant to Lessor for high-speed cable based internet and modem/router equipment provided by NextLink. Must not have a Felony criminal history for violent or sexually based convictions
