Tenant is responsible for internet hookup and charges. Tenant is also responsible for a flat rate utility bill of $150/month for gas, electric, water and sewer combined. This is a shared home. There are tenants in the basement which is completely separate. Basement tenants enter from the back lower level of the home.     "I’ve lived here for almost 14 years. I used to love it; small town feel, while still being close to everything. Quiet, not a lot of traffic. Now, there’s a traffic jam on almost every street at least once a day. Crime has gone up. It’s noisy. All the beautiful fields and pretty open spaces are filled up with ugly, cookie cutter subdivisions. It used to be a lovely place."
