Description

This late, 800s bungalow offers many of the features that make historic homes so special: tall ceilings, original hardwood floors, substantial trim work, oversized baseboards, detailed door casings, and a welcoming front porch facing the east morning sunrise. Beyond the walls, the fully fenced backyard provides room to relax, garden, entertain, or let four-legged family members roam. Years of care have created rich soil that has supported both vegetable and flower gardens, offering a head start for anyone who enjoys spending time outdoors. Whether you're searching for an affordable place to call home, a property to improve over time, or an investment opportunity, this home offers flexibility and character that's increasingly hard to find. The property is being sold as-is, and a pre-listing inspection has already been completed to provide a clear understanding of the home's condition before making an offer.

"It sucks to live here, the town is full of met heads and thieves. Do not move here. If was in better financial situation I would’ve moved a long time ago 😒😒😒"

"The streets are fairly busy on my road and there’s not great lighting, the bus stop is across the street and that street is very busy in the morning times. A lot of hidden alley ways within the neighborhood, but it’s walking distance to parks, schools, library so that’s a great thing. Also a lot of other children in the neighborhood for the children to play with. A lot of us keep to ourselves but everyone is friendly. "
  • Annette O.

"It’s a dead end road subdivision. Lots of families, good school district. You get the best fresh meat at Fox Grocery around the corner "
  • Rabit425
"I live on the river. There are wild animals including coyotes and deer. Keep your dogs vaccinated including Lyme diseases which is spread by the deer tick. Make sure they are treated for fleas and tics and heart worm as well also keep them under you control because of the coyotes! Also people in this area do not control their dogs ie leash, fence or tie out for their dogs! The river runs quick and has under tows I recommend a doggie life preserver to be safe but It is very beautiful here!"
  • Thera J.
"Neighbors are pleasant. They do not pick up their mess when their dogs defecate in a yard. They don’t even carry around potty bags while they are walking them. "
  • John C.
"Relatively quiet neighborhood. Just few problem families. Mostly, neat carefully kept lawns and neighborhood filled with people who work hard. "
  • Brandy J.
"shie diesel fest, Corey apple fest, 4h fairs, an a bunch of parks. it can get boring at times but theres something to do if u dont mind going outside. "
  • Briannacogar
"Rarely see anyone walking their dogs. People tie their dogs up in the yard and they’ll finally get lose once a while and run threw the neighborhood. "
  • Kathy B.
"This is a beautiful, quiet, and well-established neighborhood with many friendly neighbors. There are no sidewalks, but it is safe enough to go for walks/ride bikes with the family through the streets and we often see joggers out at all times of the day. It’s close to schools which makes for very short bus rides for the kiddos! There are several neighborhood gatherings held throughout the summer where you can get to know those who live nearby. Great place to live!"
  • Kristi C.
"Close to the gas station.. foot traffic in neighborhood very sketchy, car burglarized 3 night in new house, perp found an extra house key in my car and entered my home while me and my kids were sleeping. Stole my purse.. found it in trash can a few houses down. I believe the people that did it have moved since then. "
  • Robert L.
"we have checked the pools we have Christmas parades we have all sorts of different things throughout the year"
