"Lived here for 4 years, some problems with car tires being stolen but has gotten much better. Friendly people and walkable. Not too loud and close to the metro. If your into the hippy liberal vibe welcome to the Mecca."

"It’s walkable to groceries, a bakery and several eateries. Fifteen minute walk to the Historic District and a five minute walk for public transportation to Metro. I overall feel very safe here"
