Easy access to 35 over new lake bridge or Tollway. Great place to raise kids, but still enjoy the quiet of peaceful county living."

All ages. Pretty area with lots of parks, access to major lakes, shopping, normal traffic without overcrowding. You are 9 miles from the North Dallas Tollway and 15 miles from I-35. Directly between McKinney and Denton, a little closer to Denton."
