Spacious 900 sq. ft. one-bedroom in-law basement apartment located in a quiet, well-kept North Greece neighborhood near Dewey and Latta Roads. The apartment features a private entrance and driveway and includes all utilities: gas, electric, water, garbage service, and fiber optic internet. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Additional features include a dehumidifier, large bedroom window, five closets for plenty of storage, outdoor gas grill, and access to a water spigot for washing your vehicle. For safety, the apartment is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers.

The only shared area is the laundry room, which is reserved for residents. Property conveniently located near Wegmans and Planet Fitness.

This apartment is intended for a single occupant only. No smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or pets. As your neighbor, I also maintain the same policies. A quiet single father lives upstairs, and I am looking for a responsible, respectful tenant who appreciates a peaceful living situation. The current tenant is moving at the end of July after five years due to entering a relationship, and I am hoping to find someone similar to her. I am not looking for drama or dishonesty.

Rent is $1,000 per month. Applicants should have a credit score of 700 or higher. Credit and background checks will be conducted through Zillow for selected applicants ($35). Rent can be paid online or at any ESL branch. Thank you for your interest, and apologies if I am unable to respond to every inquiry.

    "The corn hill festival, the church across the street. The community bar is in the area that we love. The police station is down the street also. The neighborhood isn’t too far away neighbor walk there dogs daily over here. It’s definitely a great environment to raise your kids in this beautiful neighborhood. I would love to be able to come back to this area. "

The washer dryer combos in these apartments are made for people that dont have winter let alone dogs. They use ventless cheap ge units that take forever to dry and dont remove dog hair or lint. So be prepared to spend more money for a unit and more on the washer and dryer downstairs."
