This unit is updated with new paint and flooring. Water sewer and trash are paid by landlord. This unit is only available for only up to two people. Pets are allowed with $350 non refundable pet deposit and additional pet rent of $25 each month. The rent for single occupancy is $750 a month and $800 a month for 2 people. Located in midtown within walking distance to the bars and restaurants on Frederick. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. It is available for immediate occupancy. First month and last month's rent, and $750 security deposit due upon lease signing. No laundry hook ups available
