The teachers are very nice and accepting but majority students are not. This school has a high depression/anxiety and drug abuse problem among the students. The teachers have been amazing, counselors and even the front office is on top of things. We have moved out of disctrict, but kept both out boys in the school and will continue to do so! "Nice area to walk with my dog. Pretty homes with a variety of architecture with winding, tree covered little streets and lots of dear throughout the year. There is access to Fountain Creek and a couple of different parks in walking distance as well as Ivy Wild if you want to walk to lunch or home from happy hour ;) There are lots of good hills for getting a good work out but they can be an issue on bicycles, but not a problem if u plan your route. Overall I have to say that this area is pretty close to perfect!"

"Live in an apartment off 115, it’s nice being able to walk to the grocery store. What makes it unique is that great hiking is a 10 minute drive away, so it’s very easy to get away from the hustle and bustle for a while. Overall nice area and would definitely recommend to anyone who is moving to Colorado Springs."

"I’m very close to work. It only takes 5 minutes. Very quick and easy. Cheyenne Road is busy and people drive way too fast. "
