"Most likely going to drive 15-20 minutes to get to your job here. Not a lot of public transportation. "

"This is a very rural area that is peaceful and has very nice scenery. It is a good place to raise a family. "

"I have never seen anyone walking their dog. Our main streets are not suitable for such. They are dangerous roads."
- Laearayc

"Depends on your lot. Inside dogs are going to fair best. The wildlife, especially coyotes, can find outside smaller to medium dogs a pretty tempting target."

"You get the opportunity to visit a slow-paced lifestyle and yet have Sedona to view in less than 30 minutes."
- Trina S.
- 11y ago
"Great facilities, gated for security, great walking trails on our common land, easy access to anywhere in Verde Valley, including Sedona or Cottonwood."
- Trina S.
- 12y ago
"Lots of nature, Oak and Spring Creeks converge here. Community pool, community park and trails, clubhouse, and gatehouse at locked gate."
- Trina S.
- 12y ago
"Miles of maintainted trails along the riparian areas of Spring and Oak Creeks, a common building with a lending library and a pool add to the value of the homes here. The community is abutting to National Forest land so you also have the option of hiking there. The soils are good and lots of nice landscaping including large sycamores and cottonwood trees complements the community."
- Sandra J. S.

"This area is clean, neighborly and I can't emphasize enough on the fantastic views."
