"Not unique. The neighborhood Is kind of nerve wrecking. Too many homeless people roaming around. people hanging out in Empty parking lot of an established business every day. Basically the neighborhood Doesn’t feel safe"

"All of the senior citizens that live nearby in the multiple facilities to take care of them are all local near they also have provided 2 to 3 fire stations in my area which I think is great."

"Back yards of most of the apartments are small, and not all apartments have adequate fences. But it is dog friendly many different dogs area is safe to walk your dogs as well."

" I've lived in this neighborhood for 8yrs. friends with neighbors & their dogs. so far so good. They need an olive garden out here. lot's of people don't want to drive all the way to Temecula just to get a good cheap meal (when they have their special's)"

"Hemet sucks, the schools suck even more, drugs are everywhere (including schools) there’s a lot of perverts, crackheads, & homeless people but the housing is inexpensive "

"There are a lot homeless and people who seem to be on drugs in Hemet. The neighborhood Walmart has mostly minority products locked behind glass. This week the local Walmart has installed one way gates located inside the store to block consumers from exiting. Soliciting for Tamales, washing of your windows and petitions are a daily practice."

"The kids play out front of their homes which indicates they feel safe. The neighbors are friendly and help each other in times of need or are just normally friendly. The neighbors on either of me make me feel safe. "

"An extremely boring and dangerous place and expensive to live at. I dont recommend living here. the streets are horrible and way too many homeless people which people need to help these people get back on their feet. Also they only focus on fixing the Florida street instead of fixing other streets that are badly damaged. Just don't even bother moving over here since it ain't getting better. "

"Retirement community with growing homeless problem as everywhere . Still enjoy living here. New businesses and restaurants are coming in. Surrounded by mountains. Temecula shopping and restaurants, Palm Springs, Idyllwild."

"we need to set up a small block potluck. we have 2 houses that just sold and 3rd one for sale. need to meet all our new neighbors. welcome them. We try to watch each others houses when we are gone. We have 4 retired people that live in our neighborhood in 4 different houses. We live in a small culdesac. Everyone takes pretty good care of their yards"

"It’s bad area, to many drugs. Not even enough parking, not good for kids no play area , the wagers always busy our break down. The drugs are always using the area to climb the gate.the rent price is not wroth it."
