"It’s still got a residential feel but it is only 14 blocks from the beach in Santa Monica. I can walk to various sections of Pico, Main St, and Rose Ave from my neighborhood."

"Walkable access to Whole Foods 365, Virginia Park Farmer's Market, Metro Bergamot Station Stop, Santa Monica College, Restaurants and Pharmacy - good for the carless or those wanting to be less car-dependant."

"This area Lifestyle comprises enjoying the proximity to the beach and at the same time having the best amenities Southern California has to offer. From the early Yoga class at the beach to some of the best restaurants in the country (Santa Monica has 3 Michelin starred restaurants!) Santa Monica has it all!"
