"It’s a diverse community with great charter school options nearby. There are two commuter rails and bus routes to get about without driving. The Midtown development has refreshed the community and more upgrades to the surrounding area is sure to follow. "

"The neighborhood has been great. We love our house and the area. It is easy to get to any area of town from this spot. "

"There is absolutely nothing unique about this neighborhood. It is a food desert, there are no place within walking distance to buy any type of fresh fruits or vegetables but on the other hand there's more than a few fast food restaurant one could walk to. I never see children outside playing and that could be because at least twice a week we hear sirens and gunshots."
