"I came from Texas and love it here! It’s a great community with many amenities. Golf, fishing, pools, cafes and much more. I think many people will love this neighborhood. It feel very safe. I have seen multiple people running, walking and exercising as well. "

"i can't site anything specific because this is a community that is primarily vacation oriented. we try to be neighborly, but it is a come and go type of thing - a Florida problem when you live within steps to the gulf. "

"Mostly tourists in peak season but those who are long term lease or own here are great. Extremely safe, don’t have to keep the front door locked kinda place. Neighbors look out for each other. Wonderful. "

"Lots of families, kid activities, beautiful beaches make this a terrific area!! Kids can ride bikes, play in the neighborhood pools, walk their dogs or golf cart over to the beach. Sandestin is terrific!"

"Even though I am just a visitor for the past 2 months, I really like this neighborhood. I have met some families with children and the children are well-supervised and attended by their parents. My children are grown now, but I would fully be comfortable raising a family in this neighborhood."

"Dog walkers are a regular sight in this neighborhood. The owners are very responsible and clean up after their fur babies. All the dog owners say hello to each other and all the dogs I have seen are friendly."
