    "This is a great neighborhood. Low traffic, low crime. Streets are clean and in good repair. Houses are well-kept and mostly owner-occupied. Walking distance to hospital, high schools, convenience store and several restaurants. Utilities and general cost of living are reasonable. Birds, grey squirrels and other small wildlife are abundant. Area is outside of all flood zones. Overall, a very desirable location."
