"Commute is average, expect the heavy traffic rush from downtown Austin at normal times. I expect this will grow as the population continues to grow as well. "

"The parks are great and the public pool. They have movies in the park which is fun. Our dog got out a couple of times and both times our neighbors took care of him. "

"It's quiet for the most part. A safe, friendly neighborhood where you can feel comfortable walking your dog or taking your kids to the park. I've lived here for years and I have no plans of moving out of this area. At least not as long as I still have kids in school. "
