"I lived in this area for 6 years. It's a convenient location for going downtown, and the neighbors are largely families, older people, and graduate students. The lack of sidewalks is inconvenient."

"It’s pretty much a normal neighborhood it’s on a busy street so it’s noisy a lot of The time which you get used to after a while"
- Bevebearkat

"This area has high traffic during school year; lot of fast food ( not a lot of good restaurants; a seedy, loud beer joint across the street; church traffic on Sundays; loud football games on Friday nights during school year, is relatively clean, & the neighbors speak/wave, but not a lot of community involvement, and a bail bondsman moved in 2 houses down which contributes to riff raff in area late night:( The taxes have increased each year for the past three years without any home/land improvements. Yes, I live here!"

"Best house on the block! I've attended many children's birthday parties here and am envious of the home. Huge yard, perfect for pets and kids, or just to escape the hustle & bustle!"
