"it is easy to get anywhere within the Houston area. I drive to League City and it is about 15 mins, wife drives downtown and it takes a out 45 min on a busy traffic morning. "

"This neighborhood has easy access to beltway 8 and 225... Traffic isn’t to bad in the morning but afternoon is a different story.. people run the red lights all the time. Theirs always an accident because no one around here RESPECTS the speed limit. Even the police speed down Pasadena Blvd. "

"I’ve lived in this neighbor for 16 years, and have found it to pretty quiet and peaceful. Being an older neighborhood, several of the original old timers still live here, which makes it more interesting to live here and hear their stories."

"mostly hispanic neighbors, half of them can only speak in broken English, but they are all very nice and helpful and non-judgmental. family values, parks, family owned taquerias, home owners really seem to be proud of their houses and put a lot of effort into upkeep and renovations (save for a few white trash homes!) "

"I've been here for over a year and I am comfortable inmy neighborhood. There is no longer flooding on our street because it was just redone . Now they're working on Richey. For the most part everyone is friendly and helpful. "

"Dog owners would have enough backyard for their dogs. They also have lots of areas for walking their dogs outside if their houses. People here respect animals. Never seen anybody hurting animals on purpose, unless they are stupid enough to get into some danger to themselves. "

"San Augustine is far enough away from Fairmont that the traffic is not crazy but that area is still close by. it is a quiet neighborhood with mostly families."
