"I’m not aware of any but I enjoy all of the safe hiking and biking trails. The schools are really good too.as are the libraries and malls in the area. "

"Good access to 241 bus and Eastgate Park and Ride/downtown Seattle/Issaquah/anywhere access. Right by I-90, so you can go anywhere."

"I love the commute into Seattle from here! I ride my bike over to the park and ride (in bike lanes and on trails for the most part) and then take the bus the rest of the way."

"My neighborhood has easy access to everything. i.e. highly ranked schools from K to G12, park and ride, super markets, mall, restaurants, theater... too many to list, all within walking distance. "

"I drive ten minutes to Issaquah to work. Most times it’s an easy drive, but occasionally, in the evenings, the work traffic builds on Issaquah-Fall City Road and t takes me up to 30 minutes. "
