Craig Ferguson Lists Hollywood Hills Compound for $5.5 Million

The Scottish funnyman is selling his uber-private Beachwood Canyon compound.

Craig Ferguson, the comic with the heavy Scottish brogue, just put his compound in the tony Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles on the market for $5.495 million.

The eight-bed, nine-bath spread is a 6,766-square-foot craftsman-style paradise for any privacy-loving superstar, seeing as the estate is double gated and highly protected from prying eyes.

In addition to the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath main home, which measures just over 4,000 square feet, there are two guest homes on the property. But wait, there’s more! The compound, which was built in 1904, also features a stand-alone library, which could also be converted into a yoga/meditation room. (This is LA, after all.)

The expansive property also features a gym, swimming pool, playground area, and dog run. Ample parking provides lots of room for guests, who will clamor to come by for a visit thanks to views of the city, canyons, and treetops from the home’s beautiful terraces.

Ferguson recently admitted he doesn’t miss the daily grind of late-night TV. Back in December, he stepped down from his longtime role as host of The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson on CBS.

Last year, Ferguson bought a stylish three-bed, four-bath home in Malibu‘s uber-chic Cove Colony neighborhood. Previously, he lived in a home in the Beachwood Canyon neighborhood of Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills, which he sold back in 2012.
