Jonah Hill Lists His Laurel Canyon Luxury Home

It looks like actor Jonah Hill is playing "Moneyball" with his real estate.

UPDATE: Jonah Hill has sold this house for $3.65 million — well above asking price. Sounds like a home run!

Unlike the hit flick he co-starred in with Brad Pitt, this doesn’t have anything to do with America’s favorite pastime. Jonah Hill just listed his four-bed, five-bath home for sale in Los Angeles (specifically in the Laurel Canyon area of the Hollywood Hills) for $2.995 million. He purchased the home in 2010 for $1.865 million, which sounds like a home run when it comes to resale value.

Hill updated the Mid-Century Modern compound, designed by Richard Dornan, in 2012. Upon entrance, guests are welcomed by a lush, Zen courtyard. Inside, an open floor plan makes this the perfect party pad.

Natural light streams through the home thanks to sliding glass doors, while a gorgeous gourmet kitchen is ideal for any aspiring chef. Rich oak flooring and stylish living and dining rooms give the Hollywood lair a warm, cozy feel.

There’s also a state-of-the-art screening room, in case Hill feels like watching himself on the big screen. Three of the bedrooms are in the main home, which includes the ultraluxe master bedroom. Walls of glass look out onto the backyard, while the master bath is a marble beauty featuring a dual steam shower and heated floors.

Seeing as Hill is one of the shining stars of young Hollywood, chances are, he has a few buddies hanging around. Luckily, there’s a detached guesthouse. In the backyard, a saline pool and spa, plus a cabana with an entertainment center, sports court, and barbecue area make this the perfect bachelor pad — or even a dream home for a bustling family.

Oh, and by the way, Hill’s 21 Jump Street BFF Channing Tatum also owns a home in Laurel Canyon.

Hill also has a pending offer on his Manhattan condo right now. The two-bed, two-bath spread, which he bought back in 2012 for $2.647 million, is a 2,000-square-foot loft with 13-foot ceilings. Just steps from the hottest restaurants and galleries of Crosby Street, it sounds like the perfect spot for any Wolf of Wall Street.
