Nick Jonas Offloads Sunset Strip Home

Just a few months after listing, the “Jealous" singer sells for $200,000 less than asking.

Try not to be jealous of how fast Nick Jonas sold his Sunset Strip mansion.

Back in February, the Jonas Brothers defector put his West Hollywood pad on the market, less than a year after buying it. The Mediterranean-style compound, which features a large open living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a grand dining room that’s perfect for entertaining, just sold for $3.4 million, $200,000 less than its original asking price.

Hey, if you’re making pop megahits on the reg, it’s no big deal to take a financial hit once in a while, right?

Nick, who took on the Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards with his lovely lady, Miss Universe Olivia Culpo, over the weekend, put the four-bed, five-bath estate on the market in February for $3.6 million — a $400,000 price hike from when he bought it just a year ago.

Built in 1938, the home features a large master suite with high ceilings, incredible views, another wood-burning fireplace, and a luxurious master bath with a steam shower. A gourmet kitchen opens to a large family room with a surround-sound home theater (with Camp Rock on repeat, hopefully).

Located above the Strip with a pool, guesthouse, lush gardens, and panoramic views of downtown Los Angeles, the manse had everything the pop star, who also worked the stage at the ACM Awards, could ever want — including very intense security and privacy systems. Gotta keep the hangers-on off the compound somehow. (We’re lookin’ at you, Miley.)
