"It’s LOUD and unsafe. Used to be much better- but the area by the Sea Castle apartments/ pier is the worst. Tons of homeless/ junkies... several stabbing recently and vagrants. The beach there isn’t that nice- it’s not worth it. I’m leaving."

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for years now and it’s always been good here. The rent is going up; and its too much for what one can afford. There has been a few skirmishes with homeless; but in the past 2 years its been managed very well. Neighborhood is always pleasant. "
