"I used to live in this area of Bellevue, finished up degree at UW, took bus to UW daily, worked at Microsoft. This area ROCKS! Lots of parks, shopping within blocks, local police presence, very friendly."

"I live in this area. The main points that attract me are that it's very quiet, but at the same time a few turns puts you at Marymoor, Idylwood Parks. Very safe for kids. I don't have school age kids, but I understand the schools are some of the best. And shopping is close. If you're a Microsoft'r the main campus is 3 min away, Add that to D/T Bellevue in 7-8 min, or Redmond Ctr 5-6 min. It's a great little area!"
