"Like any town there are pockets of good and bad spots, this is a small town with a small town feel neighbors are friendly and there is an active community of volunteers. The biggest concern I have are the drivers on Cornville rd. "

"I have never seen anyone walking their dog. Our main streets are not suitable for such. They are dangerous roads."

"Depends on your lot. Inside dogs are going to fair best. The wildlife, especially coyotes, can find outside smaller to medium dogs a pretty tempting target."

"Excellent climate--lots and lots of sunshine, all-cloudy days are very rare. Very low crime. Small town atmosphere--people are very friendly. Great views all around!"

"Lots of nature, Oak and Spring Creeks converge here. Community pool, community park and trails, clubhouse, and gatehouse at locked gate."

"Miles of maintainted trails along the riparian areas of Spring and Oak Creeks, a common building with a lending library and a pool add to the value of the homes here. The community is abutting to National Forest land so you also have the option of hiking there. The soils are good and lots of nice landscaping including large sycamores and cottonwood trees complements the community."
