"Very easy drive, Sunday’s there is never any traffic. During school hours there can be a touch of traffic at pick up and drop times but that is only once in a while."

"my neighborhood is quiet and doesn't get much traffic. been here for 4 years and I still love where I am. "

"I have lived on Summit Street for 26 years. It's a very nice, quiet, safe residential area. It's made up of mostly homes built around 1940-1950. These are great starter homes or for retirees who want to downsize and have less yard work. It can be a busy street because it parallels Main Street and has direct access to the police station. the public amenities are amazing. I like to say if it's not sold in Manchester, it's not being made. We have the largest mall in New England less than two miles away, but without the traffic congestion. The volunteer fire dept. is one block away. Banks and pharmacies are within walking distance. There are over two hundred restaurants within a ten mile radius of Manchester. Summit Street is 1.4 miles from Rte. I-84 east and west. It's a great neighborhood for kids to grow up in. We are now getting an influx of new families, young couples buying their first home and with young children. There are several homes for sale right now at what I think are bargain prices. Everyone \always complains about taxes, but I think we get a lot from this town for our taxes. this street got new sidewalks and new road within the last five years. We have great service for garbage pickup and snowplowing and street cleaning in the spring. Overall, this is a great town and great street to live on. "

"Sherwood Circle is a street with similar homes, ranches! There are sidewalks for excercise and the local parks are within walking distance. Catching the highway to go to work, is a breeze, only minutes away! This home offers a level yard that is large and ready to enjoy! Take a drive by, it's a good locatioon for any homebuyer."
