  • Trulia User
"none but is kid friendly and pet friendly. park nearby. sidewalk is also nearby for a walk or run. "
  • Inocent S.
"The privacy fences really are a blessing and it’s a quiet small neighborhood. Children roam without parents worrying for their safety. There is a park walking distance for kids to play and exercise. The neighborhood recycles. "
  • Inocent S.
"There is plenty of open space to walk your dog. Safe enough and away from from traffic so they can run around "
  • Inocent S.
"Plenty space to walk your dog. Lots of grass and paths. Other dogs to play with. Most dogs are welcome. "
  • Erlindaleal
"well its calm, peaceful, everyone is friendly in the neighborhood, and they always lookout for each other, everyone is pet friendly in this area, and everyone is welcomed here in this neighborhood and no kind of racism, everyone gets along well "
  • Nichole
"this is a TERRIBLE place to live. bullet holes in the houses, mold, mildew. disgusting. this is no place to live nor raise a family."
  • Andrea P.
"There is a church in the neighborhood. There is also a park here, but ratchet people like to go there. "
  • Andrea P.
"The families that live here usually rent. The families are usually lower income families. There seems to be a lot of trash along the roads."
  • Andrea P.
"Busses and taxis are available all the time. I drive my own personal vehicle to the places I need to go. "
  • "I work in repairing all kinds of duplexes in this area. I have found the same type of people living within this neighborhood. I see drug activity everywhere, prostitution, people hanging out in the yards all day long playing cards dealing drugs etc. I feel bad for some of the people living in this neighborhood as this is the only thing they can afford. It certainly is not a place I would live, much less raise children. I suggest anyone thinking of buying and renting out properties in this area should do their homework and see if their investment would be in there best interest. People like myself that know this area has known it to be called "crime manor" and for good reasons. "
