What Locals Say about Palm Beach Shores

  • Fr28p5g2nj
"It’s a quiet, beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Very cute strip-mall and beach literally a minute away. Family and pet friendly "
  • Jasonbballard
"It’s dog friendly but the lack of dog parks to teach good social skills sucks in South Florida. Since it’s also very unfriendly for pedestrians and bikers, it’s not great for dogs. Florida as a whole sucks for pedestrians and bicyclists. There isn’t one bike rack that I’ve seen in the entire beach area. Rather ridiculous."
  • Jasonbballard
"Just like every place in Florida there are no sidewalks designated bike lanes nor large areas of protected spaces dedicated to all. Generally speaking, everywhere you go in South Florida looks like a run down third world country."
  • Rick_ziegler
"The beach is your backyard. Great neighbors. Safe area with beautiful park walkway to the inlet and beach"
  • rick_ziegler
"Lots of people have dogs in the neighborhood. There is a beautiful parkway to walk them. The town provides bags to pick up your dogs “litter”"
  • Kristi S.
"Close to water and very small town feeling with beautiful parks and walk ways. Also a tourist destination so always feels like you are on holiday."
  • Pamela L. M.
"I have lived here for the last 20+ years and it is a wonderful community. A great beachside town with our own police and fire dept and our own mayor"
  • John
"If you like being near Palm Beach, but without the traffic, you'd like this area. Palm Beach Shores has its own local police force just a few blocks away. The traffic is limited because it somewhat a dead-end part of the highways; there is no though traffic. I loved walking to the nearby jetty and fishing"
