    "Safe space to walk you dog, I see lot of other walking their dogs every day, sometimes even family group walks with their dogs. Also it seems mostly everyone keeps their dogs on a leash and no out of control dogs. Only minus side in the area is lots of stray cats. "

    "We are young professionals who just bought a home in this neighborhood after looking all over the city and we love it. We are walking distance to a nice, large park and biking distance to downtown. Our realtor pointed out that the neighborhood borders Woodlawn, Allendale, and Magnolia Heights, which are all established historic neighborhoods in the area. We love that it's still affordable but also nice, friendly, and has a decent amount of historic homes."
