"it's a nice place to raise kids especially Latino because everything is pretty Latino here. you have close by schools and nice recreational areas to take your kids like Al Lopez park. the streets are usually always busy because it's a popular area but I'm sure you can find a road that isn't driven through alot abd take your kids somewhere idk. schools are alright, they can be walking distance but its better to take a car bc of how busy streets are. "
  • Skrewedup463
"we have found trucks every Friday and pizza specials every other week. "
  • Michelle N.

  • Lorraine M.
"I don't see a problem as long as everyone respects each other's space. I love all animals I'm happy to enjoy my neighbors pets. "

"lots of family around. fiance grew up here. and its a city. would like to raise our family here. plus its florida who can go wrong with florida "
  • Geekinthepink1980
"traffic is horrible everywhere in Tampa, but at least here is so centrally located that you can get just about anywhere faster then normal for this city. and after living in several places all over Hillsborough County, and surrounding counties, I have to say rush hour traffic locally is better here than anywhere else I've lived"
