"It is very easy to get to and from downtown in Pleasant Hill. If you take Oakwood down to Scott Ave it is very easy to take MLK. "

"We absolutely love living in Copper Creek. The neighborhood is very friendly, and our kids have found lots of playmates in the area. We can walk to the lake, movies, restaurants, bank, and even the dentist! Southeast Polk schools are wonderful, too!"
