What Locals Say about South Boise Village

  • Brock
"It’s a great, safe, quiet neighborhood. Manitou Park is awesome. Lots of families have been here for 10+ years. Stellar neighborhood to raise kids in."
  • Kaitly s.
"It is close to the best dog park and a great playground... not to mention minutes from BSU and downtown. "
  • "Close to everything. You can walk to Boise State, Greenbelt, Boise River, Albertsons, Big Juds and much more. Fred Meyer is a five minute drive, airport in a ten minute drive and downtown is five minutes away."
  • "We lived in this area for six years. It is highly family oriented, close to schools, close to BSU, and very easy drive to the aiport. Houses in the neighborhood are well cared-for and many are newer re-models of older homes. This is a charming older area with a mix of ages, families, and professions. We also loved the schools in the area -- our kids experienced early grade school through middle school, and we were very pleased with the entire educational experience here. If we moved back to Boise, this is where I would look to land."
