  • Sarah D.
"The neighborhood closes down the street for Easter. If the kids are playing, we all keep an eye out on them. "
  • Jeannine E. K.
"The traffic on Richmond drive is crazy. Never let your pets out off leash. Folks are pretty friendly. "
  • Mary
"I've lived in this neighborhood for 10 years. It has sidewalks, parks and playgrounds to walk to, plenty of restaurants, the homes are eclecctic, neighbors are friendly, not much more you can ask of in a neighborhood!"
  • Janartfan
"Although this house is within walking distance to Bellarmine University, Shenanigans Pub, The Uptown Cafe, the Bardstown Road Farmer's Market, and Bardstown Road, it is set back one block from Bardstown Road traffic, in a quiet private one way street area between Rosedale and Norris. Across the street are very well kept condos, with great parking, both in front and in back. The neighbors are polite and friendly. There are a number of young couples and young children that appear to be moving into the neighborhood. "
  • April R.
"Live and work in the area. Just off Bardstown Road in the Highlands. The most desirable area of Louisville for urban living."
  • "Great area, convenient to anything and everything. People really take pride in the appearance of their houses and streets."
  • Debbie b.
"I lived in the area for years. You can walk to the most beautiful parks and the most amazing restaurants in Louisville in under 10 minutes. A lot of the shops along the way have water bowls out for the dogs, and dog treats behind the counter. You can even take your dog with you to many of the restaurants with outdoor eating areas. The "farmers market," is literally on the corner. There is an excellent fine arts fair each May within and easy walking distance. Ideal location. :o)"
