"People have dongs in the neighborhood. As long as they are on leash and/or well behaving, it is not a problem."
  • Trulia User
"Great location for grocery shopping, access to highways. Good schools. Bruce Freeman bike trail accessible."
  • Michelle L.
"There are some sidewalks on the streets. The streets are safe and clean. You can walk all the way the the local elementary school."
  • Thebarkingfrogs
"It’s a nice neighborhood for fall walking, there are also trails close by . We have two dogs and most of our neighbors have a dog as well "

"I don’t have a dog so I don’t know What a dog owner will of would not like about the neighborhood. But I don’t see a lot of dogs in the area where I live."
  • Trulia User
"We bought our house for our dog. subsequent dogs approved. The bearby crsnberry bog is a terrific place to walk dogs and Great Brook State Park is minutes away."

"Some great restaurants, walking trails, low crime and manners and good neighbors still abound. All in all, not a bad place to hang your hat. "
  • Paul M.
"It's very close to the center of town with lots of shops and restaurants. We find it very walkable, quaint and safe. There are a couple of blind drives and occasional cars speeding by, so if you have a dog make sure he/she is on a leash."
  • Julieguerin87
"Quiet and safe. There's a small beach, playground, basketball and tennis courts, a baseball field, and a library. Vinal Square has pizza, Mexican, a diner, salons, and it's only 5 minutes from stores and fast food (although you would never know it). Many historic houses, the monuments in the center, and mill buildings give it character. "
  • Christian B.
"We do clubs/organizations, there’s book sessions at the library, we have holiday fests, and we do potlucks at the town hall. "
  • Caleighberto21

"easy access to routes 495 & 3. from there traffic is congested until after 9am but that's just the way it is anywhere."
  • Boxmjb
"I like the diversity. Every home is different. It is a very close knit community of about 7 streets only."
  • Tasha J.
"Not sure I've only been here for a year. I'm new to the area so for the most part I just go to work and come home, and running errands. "
  • Chisteena
"MUST have a car to get anywhere, especially to commute to work. Not a lot of high tech companies in this town, so need to drive to neighboring towns (or further). However, it’s a nice suburban town if you don’t mind having to commute for work."
  • Joyce J.
"It's easy and convenient by car, foot and public transit."
