"Quick and easy commute into the city. Short walk to the metro or I can even catch a bus to the station . A car is needed for groceries or other outdoor activities. "

"I have lived in this neighborhood since February 2018. The proximity to D.C., National Harbour, and Hyattsville/College Park makes it desirable. I often feel safe, and it is nice having the Silver Line in close proximity. The county has plans to build a trail nearby on Central Avenue. I welcome new development, and more cultural/ethnic diversity to the neighborhood."

"Been here 30 years and love the neighborhood but it’s time for me to spread my wings and leave the nest"
