What Locals Say about Williamsport

  • C.furlong04
"This is a quiet neighborhood to live in and never have any problems with anyone around. We enjoy the outdoors so we would hear if the others around were noisy "
  • C.furlong04
"That you need to clean up after your pet. People who don’t have pets shouldn’t have to worry about their neighbor walking their dog and making a mess and not clean up when it isn’t their property "
  • C.furlong04
"My daughter walks to school and has never had any problems or issues. I thinks it’s a great place to live and there is easy access to get to the interstates to travel "
  • Ranimals17
"I have two dogs a large dog and a medium and kids like to come up to my fence and taught them, other then that it’s a very very dog friendly neighborhood "
  • Lsodee1956
"There are a lot of cute celebrations like parades, lighting the tree and lit decorations in park that you drive through, trying to guess the new ornament that is added each year. "
  • Lsodee1956
"There are parades on Homecoming, Christmas with local high schoolers, our fire truck, school bands, etc. There are events. We have activities in the park. We have very active sports programs for all ages. Our community park has a very festive Christmas tree lighting with lit Christmas characters throughout the park."
  • Katherine
"This neighborhood feels miles away from the city but I love that everything is 5 to 10 minutes away. The C&O canal is right up the street and the parks in the area are beautiful."
  • Steeda187
"I've lived here for a long time and have raised several children. Marty snook park is a great place and is always safe and clean. Highly recommend the Halfway area. Extremely convent location to a lot of major shopping / grocery areas. Housing is economical and location is great!!!!!!"
