    "I have lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years, I have seen it go through a lot of changes for the better, It has always been a nice neighborhood It was full of elderly people and a few single families when I moved in it is now full of young upwardly mobile families & singles now. the only downside to this neighborhood is occasional airport noise."
