Everyone from our little area here gets together for some wonderful BBQ, live music, small talk & maybe a few fireworks. It’s such a nice, close knit, tight community where everybody really does know each other. This is a community filled with pride & joy, and it’s loved by us all for all the right reasons. "

    "Our neighborhood is great for dog walking, pedestrians, kids & the elderly. It’s nice, well maintained, and quiet here. The main roads do get quite heavy with traffic, but the neighborhoods are set back away from the businesses, and the sound walls deter & prevent much more than just sound pollution 😉"
