"We have block parties and celebrate mayor holidays with the neighbords. Very family and pet friendly neighborhood, within walking distance to lovely lakes. It has a fantastic library within a mile and is close up shops and restaurants. Great neighborhood to walk "

"The commute from The Lakes area is fantastic. The 215 freeway is easily accessible and connects to the 95 and 15 freeways seamlessly. All surface streets on this end of town can go entirely through the valley from one end to the other with the lights being excellently timed. "
